Τα δωμάτια και οι ξενώνες της κυρίας Αρετής, αποτελούν ένα μικρό συγκρότημα δύο όγκων 
και βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Αδάμαντα, σε μια πολλή ήσυχη άκρη του οικισμού, 
με άμεση πρόσβαση τόσο στο κέντρο και το λιμάνι του νησιού, 
όσο και στην όμορφη παραλία της Λαγκάδας.

Η κυρία Αρετή καλωσορίζει με χαμόγελο τους επισκέπτες του νησιού με ιδιαίτερα φιλική 
αλλά πάντα διακριτική εξυπηρέτηση. 
Επιμελείται προσωπικά τους χώρους με λεπτότητα, φροντίζοντας για την άνετη διαμονή 
των επισκεπτών της, με σταθερή προσήλωση στην καθαριότητα.

Προσφέρονται δύο κλασσικά δίκλινα, ένας ξενώνας τεσσάρων ατόμων και ένας ξενώνας deluxe.

We welcome you to Mrs Areti’s rooms and guesthouses.

Mrs Areti’s rooms and guesthouses are located at a small two volume complex, 
very near the heart of Adamas, the very center of Milos, at a very quiet and hospitable side of the town. 
The complex is ideally located with immediate access to the center of Adamas as well as the port, 
just a three minute walk from Lagada beach.   

Mrs Areti welcomes her guests offering friendly but always discrete service. 
She takes personal interest to the well keeping and tidiness of the rooms, 
always bearing in mind her guests’ comfortable accommodation.

The complex offers two Standard rooms, one four persons’guesthouse and one deluxe guesthouse.

Πρόκειται για δυο μονόχωρα δωμάτια, εκ των οποίων το ένα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και το άλλο στον όροφο του συγκροτήματος όπου διαθέτει κοινή αυλή.

Μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν 2-3 άτομα.

Ο χώρος είναι παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένος και αντικατοπτρίζει το μεράκι και το σεβασμό της ιδιοκτήτριας προς τους επισκέπτες της.

Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν :

Κλιματισμό, Τηλεόραση, Ψυγείο.

The standard rooms are located, one on the groundfloor and the other on the first sharing a spacious courtyard.

 

It can accommodate 2-3 persons.

Traditionally decorated the space reflects the owner’s affection for the house as well as her respect for her quests.

The room is equipped with:

Air conditioning, TV, Refrigerator.

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη σουίτα 45 τ.μ. στον πρώτο όροφο, που διαθέτει ανεξάρτητη είσοδο.

Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα και είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες.

Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο μονά.
Επίσης κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, λουτρό και μπαλκόνι με θέα προς την παραλία της Λαγκάδας.

Ο χώρος είναι παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένος και αντικατοπτρίζει το μεράκι 
και το σεβασμό της ιδιοκτήτριας προς τους επισκέπτες της.

Το σπίτι διαθέτει :

Κλιματισμό, Τηλεοράσεις, Κουζίνα, Ψυγείο, Πιστολάκι Μαλλιών, Σίδερο ρούχων.

The 45 sqm. suite is located on the first floor of the complex with an independent entrance. 

It can accommodate 4 persons and is ideal for families.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single ones.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with view of Lagada beach.

Traditionally decorated the space reflects the owner’s affection for the house 
as well as her respect for her quests.

The house is equipped with:

Air conditioning, TV, Cooker, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, Iron.

Echino House - Deluxe Guesthouse

Πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετικά άνετη σουίτα 80μ² στον τελευταίο όροφο, που διαθέτει ανεξάρτητη είσοδο. 

Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4-6 άτομα και αποτελεί μια από τις καλύτερες επιλογές διαμονής στο νησί.

Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ενιαίο καθιστικό, μεγάλο λουτρό και 30 τ.μ. βεράντα με θέα στον κόλπο του Αδάμαντα. 

Η απλότητα της παράδοσης, η φρεσκάδα της θάλασσας, το ζεστό του ήλιου, η μαγεία του φεγγαριού, γεμίζουν το σπίτι που προσφέρεται για άνετες διακοπές.

Η βεράντα που ανοίγει προς τη θάλασσα, καλεί τον επισκέπτη να χαλαρώσει κατά τη διάρκεια της μέρας και της νύχτας και να απολαύσει ευχάριστες στιγμές με φαγητό και ποτό.

Echino House - Deluxe Guesthouse

The 80 sqm. suite is exceptionally comfortable providing high standards of accommodation, located on the topmost floor of the complex with an independent entrance. 

It can accommodate 4-6 persons.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen right beside the livingroom, a spacious bathroom and a 30 sqm veranda with view of Adamas bay.

The simplicity of tradition, the freshness of the sea, the warmth of the sun, the magic of the moon, fill the house making it a perfect place for relaxing holidays.

The veranda, which opens to the sea, invites the visitor to relax for the duration of the day and night and to enjoy pleasant moments with food and drink.
